Thank you for your interest in our program. During the past 12 months, I have been expanding the cowherd. Not only have I increased my numbers, but I have dramatically improved the overall quality of the cowherd. I have hand selected several females from many of the top herds throughout the country.

Most of these females are ½ blood Simmentals, several being black baldies and 10 of them are direct daughters of the great Meyer 734. These ½ blood females allow several breeding options and provide a solid maternal breeding base. I purchased five cows from the K-Bar Spring Cowherd Dispersal in Oklahoma, four of these being Meyer 734 daughters. Another group of solid females came from Bard Boswell in Iowa, these females are daughters of Meyer 734 and Carneyman. Other purchases came from Travis Wolfe and Dieter Brothers.

The embryo transfer program continues to focus around LUCY. We have over 20 calves out of her and sired by Sun Seeker, Irish Whiskey, Joker’s Wild, Invasion, Pathfinder and Star Power. The #58 donor cow sired by Who Made Who has calves sired by Heat Wave 1, Irish Whiskey, and Heatseeker.
